Scholarship Program

Alimento-Niere Scholarship

About

FSEF was established to provide educational assistance by giving scholarships to underprivileged students in the U.S. and the Philippines; to provide assistance in the form of education and training to underprivileged immigrants from the Philippines; and to provide assistance to the indigent in the form of food, used clothing and other necessities.

FASAE SoCal instituted the scholarship program for the very first time in 2001 awarding scholarship grants to qualified applicants that met predetermined qualification requirements. During the intervening years, the two organizations, FASAE SoCal and FSEF recognized the importance of fulfilling their common objectives by working in a symbiotic relationship to achieve such goal.

Today, FSEF and FASAE SoCal will remain committed in carrying the torch that was lit in 2001, to award the Alimento-Niere Scholarship to students in the field of architecture, engineering, computer science, construction management, planning, surveying and other related disciplines at designated universities in Southern California, USA and the Philippines.
